Room for rent in a newer, spacious 3-bed 2.5 bath house in Vista just south of the 78 and west of Melrose Drive. The home is in a walk friendly quiet neighborhood with a private fenced back yard. There is quick and easy access to 78 East and West.

Great floor plan with living room, dining room, family room and open concept kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

Current housemates are 29 y/o and a 31 y/o males, both clean and quiet and work outside the home. You'll have your own room and share a bathroom with one housemate. All the common areas and fully equipped kitchen are shared by all.

Garage parking spot is available for your vehicle. In-house washer and dryer are also available. It is a non-smoking household.

Rent of $1200 per month includes all of the above. In addition the 3 housemates will split the utilities; Trash, Gas & Electric and Internet/WiFi. Water is paid by the landlord.

Rental Agreement will be month-to-month to start with the possibility to convert to a longer term lease if all are in agreement after a couple of months. Security deposit is $400.

Our plan is to start with a month-to-month rental agreement. This can be changed to a long term lease after a couple of months if both parties agree.

Each tenant pays for their 1/3 share of gas/electric, trash and internet. Owner pays for landscape maintenance and water.

Move in costs: 1st month's rent + security deposit. Pets limited to one cat.
Requirements: 650+ credit, verifiable income 2.5 x monthly rent. Non-smoker home.
