About this House

Approximately 2636 sq/ft LESS THEN $45/SQ FOOT.
1,279 Sq/Ft Upstairs
1,357 Sq/Ft Downstairs

Two Story - The main living space is upstairs. Living room has large front windows overlooking beautiful Arrington Park with a nice, covered front porch over-looking the park as well. The upstairs has a lot of natural light.

House was purchased a few years ago with the hopes of completing everything I've started. A lot was accomplished yet there's still work left to do. The bulk of the remodel was done in the kitchen which consisted of several walls being torn down and a wall being put up to create a desirable open floor plan that has a bar opening up to the living room - Great for relaxing, eating dinner, and very open to the living room.

The remodel of the kitchen also added an office/bedroom which needs to be completed with only drywall. The kitchen has brand new black cabinets along with beautiful granite countertops. Lighting/flooring still needs to be completed. Original wood floors throughout the upstairs. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms have new carpet and paint.

There's a huge open basement approximately 1,357 Sq/Ft for additional entertainment space where the 4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom are located along with a fully concreted storm cellar. The 4th bedroom needs to be closed off with a door. There's access to the 1 car garage from the basement as well as the utility room. This is the only home in the neighborhood that sits on 2 lots (1/3 of an acre total) - both are included in the selling price. One could sell the lot just east of the home in the future if wanted.

ALL Furniture seen in these pics is negotiable to sell with the house. 65 inch LCD Toshiba. Leather sectional couch w/ ottoman. Bar chairs. All appliances including brand new kenmore dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a 3 piece slate pool table. I've also got a Husqvarna Riding Lawnmower 48 inch cut, hydrostat trans. Link below for exact specs on the mower.

Showings will be available with 24/hr notice. Please call/text/email if you have any additional questions. House is being sold AS-IS. No longer have time to do the additional work to the home - which is the only reason for selling. This is a "fixer-upper" to some extent but has incredible potential. Thanks for taking the time to read.

"For the most part itโ€™s a safe town with good schools. "
  • 2nbzs7prvt
"Everyone looks out for each others pets. They walk their pets on a leash and all of the dogs are really nice"
  • Gammy
"I feel like dog owners would have mixed feelings on the area. I am a dog owner myself and while my family and furbaby love it here I do wish we had more options as far as areas for the dogs. There just isnโ€™t much funding I guess so they are bare minimum. I would love to see it updated in the future with more seating, flowers, maybe a water area and more focus on supplies owners may need while at the park such as poo bags, hand sanitizer, water fountains. "
  • Laura
"College town with equal number of students and residents. Prices reflect college demand for housing. "
  • Grlpls99
"There is multiple dog parks. There is a facebook page specifically for lost dogs. Theres is also a humane society that provides alot of help! "
  • Kirsten F.
"Super easy. I have a 12 minute commute to my office. There is rarely any traffic. It takes me no more than 12 minutes to get there. There are multiple ways to get most locations. We like to joke about Stillwater traffic as itโ€™s not anything you would consider actual traffic. Itโ€™s a very easy place to be a single mother because I can easily get from work to school to extracurricular activities. I highly recommend it here."
  • KRISTI H.
"the people in the area is what makes this place different than most places I have been to or lived I do think that there shoul be more help with the homeless."
  • Suzette B.
"This is a pretty safe area for kids to play! The schools are fantastic! Thereโ€™s plenty of playgrounds around! "
  • Clayjohn2195
"Itโ€™s quiet, and comfortable here at the vintage apartments, as for the rest of this area I donโ€™t know"
  • Angel N.
"Stillwater has a lot of fun activities. Due to it being a college town there is always a family fun sporting event. "

  • Angel N.
"There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood. Also people love to walk their dogs. Another great thing is how convenient you are to shopping. "
  • Nicole A.
"Traffic is terrible when the college students are in town but other than that not terrible. Once you know the community and the town you figure out roads that are less traveled and get places faster. "
  • Angel N.
"Always have people walking their dogs. Kids always playing outside. Nice and safe in the night time "
  • Monique W.
"We have weekly community events like painting night, grocery bingo, and free pizza. Makes getting to know the staff and neighbors even more memorable "
  • Claire Hohertz
"Quaint and friendly. Safe. Neighbors keep their yards clean and even college students keep noise level to a minimum."
  • Trngen
"We built the first house in this subdivision in 1966, & have lived in it for the entire time. The location is the best in town for schools and O.S.U."
  • Allenbz67

  • Trngen
"I have Lived here 52 years without any problems. Traffic is light enough that everyone walks/jogs in the street."
  • Kansasjate88
"Stillwater is a college town, but itโ€™s growing. I feel safe walking around, usually. There are some decent places to eat, and activities for all walks of life. I wish they had a Target!"
  • Genericallyaccepted
"It's a college town. It's a temporary town for a lot of people. Most of the residents are nice. There's a handful of delinquents that reside in this town, though. "
