So much to look forward to. My English is not the best but I hope I have conveyed a good picture on how good this is as a place to be and walk a dog. In fact I saw a big dog here last week. A Great Dane. What a Huge dog he was. Such a calm dog too. I was very impressed. You may see him fine on 7th ave near 6th street. Check it out. Also your neighbors are wonderful quiet and sweet. No crazy people with loud music except maybe one if two who speak with loud voices sometimes. Never too long. It’s alright."
