This is a sublet for two months - June and July. It is a furnished apartment in Apollo apartment complex, student housing. The apartment has four separate bedrooms and each has its own private bathroom. Share kitchen, dining room, living room, washer dryer with two other males. Two pools, two gyms, study rooms with computer, common areas with pool tables. Rent is $987 plus 1/4 electricity bill. Current resident will pay the $150 application fee which will be billed after mgmt approves your application and you sign the rental agreement). There is no cleaning fee. There is a one time utility fee of $61.08.

Owner pays for all except electricity, which is split four ways.
