My single mother stayed in one room and we rented the other small room to a non driving friend. these bedrooms wont fit queen sized furniture. Actual size of bedrooms are 12.5'x7.5' and 12.5'x7'. Both have large closets in addition to those dimensions. Also ideal for work from home adult with one bedroom and one home office. A large bedroom has been converted into two cozy bedrooms both with large closets. All new carpet and hardwood throughout. State if the art air conditioning split system in upstairs loft keeps unit very cool. Heats well also. Window box at kitchen. Includes newer appliances, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice. Real fireplace. Tons of natural light. Upgraded plumbing fixtures. New shower doors. New paint throughout. Large vaulted ceiling. Coin op laundry on site . Lots of light. Only shares one wall. Secure gated community. Includes one assigned parking space. One driving occupant only is preferred. Call to come see the home. $ 25 credit application fee per adult. Proof of income, financial standing, social security card and license required at application. Minimum credit score 650.
Rent is $1,650per month. Security deposit is $1700. 1 year lease. Credit check fee is $25/person. To expedite the process, please provide the following: 1) completed application, 2) three of your most recent pay stubs, 3) copy of driver's license 4) copy of social security card. Income verification is necessary (pay stubs or bank account statements) for the last 3 months. An application must be completed for every applicant over 18 that will be residing in the apartment.
