Description

Beautiful and spacious with an ideal location for anyone looking to have privacy, space, close proximity to ocean and bay beaches, marinas and docks, renown golf courses, the Villages of Amagansett and East Hampton, with the Napeague Strip and Montauk only a little further east. It's a tall order but 110 Neck Path offers it all! Sited on 2.6+/- acres, this exceptional property offers stately living, tennis, basketball, gunite pool with spa, a separate hot tub, decks, stone patios, and plenty of room to roam! At 6,000+/- sq. ft., the home affords privacy and separate spaces throughout, while remaining comfortable and inviting. The natural light-filled living room with double height ceiling anchors the home which flows easily to the entertaining bar/gathering area, chef's kitchen, large formal dining room and separate theatre. And the large 6 bedrooms are thoughtfully sited throughout the house designed to allow for maximum privacy for all. The main floor also hosts 3 of the 6 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room and an office/family room with glass sliding doors out to the deck overlooking the beautiful and picturesque backyard. The expansive Primary ensuite bedroom with private deck as well as two additional guest bedrooms and bathroom occupy the second level. The lower level, (which is an additional 1,945+/- sq. ft. that is not included in the 6,000+/- sq. ft.), is finished with a TV room, gym area, full bathroom, bonus room and storage. 110 Neck Path is an exceptional property in an exceptionally bucolic area. The Springs of East Hampton is uniquely beautiful with its spacious preserves, walking trails, historical and cultural significance, and access to everything the Hamptons has to offer, all with barely having to travel on Montauk Highway ... which during the summer, is priceless! A must see.

"Quiet neighborhood close to the harbor and world class beaches. Great restaurants with harbor views nearby. 15 acre enclosed dog park might be worlds best."
  • Mollycalliste
"Not quite a sleepy little beach town, but the vibe is laid back, the food mostly good, and the area is clean and lovely. "
  • Vanslyke
"I’ve lived in my home since 1990, we love it here, safe, quite, friendly area. Just want to move to be closer to my daughter and her family, otherwise, I’d live out my live here. We have a beautiful private beach and marina for when we tire of our in ground pool and want to squish our toes in sand. "
  • bharney
"Have lived here 26 years. Working class neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and generally keep to themselves. School district is small but top notch. Close to bay beaches less than 1 mile away. Neighbors pull together during blackouts etc. during severe weather events which are few. Lifestyle more like New England than mainstream Long Island."
  • Irene1078
"Very quiet residential area where many of the homes are second homes. Close proximity to bay and ocean beaches. "
  • Jrredwings
"I think this is the most idyllic neighborhood in all of the East Hampton/Amagansett area. You are a stones throw to beaches (bay and ocean) and you are a member of the Barmes Landing Association which allows residents exclusive access to surrounding bay beaches. You are a two minute drive to Amagansett and a five minute drive to downtown East Hampton. An artist's community in its original iteration, Barnes Landing is still home to many famous artists (musicians, writers, painters and the like). Add to this both families, couples and singles and you have a diverse community of both seasonal and full time residents. Much of the area is nature preserve, so the houses are not on top of one another and there are vast areas of untouched land. The streets are quite, ideal for walking and playing. Barnes Landing is the perfect combination of peaceful living with all the bells and whistles the Hamptons have to offer minutes away. "
