"Plenty of sidewalks and shade for walking dogs. Vehicle traffic moves at a reasonable speed most of the time."
  • Vickysalgado
"Some streets lack sidewalks and good lighting. There is a big dog park many dog owners visit. I don’t have pets "
  • Andi T.
"Safe, friendly, lots of other dog owners and one of the best dog parks in the city is right down the street! "
  • Cgmenjivar
"McNay museum is at the end of our street and I often see neighbors walking by on their way there, especially when they have events or when admission is free. Our street is lovely with mature trees lining both side and just puts a smile on my face every time I go for a walk."
  • cgmenjivar

  • Rinadelacruz
"Small town USA feeling, I say hello to everyone that walks by my house. The neighbors are the best, street get shut down during Halloween.gets"
  • Billie7487
"I work downtown so my commute is 15 minutes. I never have to get on a highway and everything I do outside of work is right here "
  • Carriez100
"Safe neighborhood, great school district, lots of families around that you will wind up calling friends."
  • Veronica N.
"I have lived here for two years and it is as nice as I always thought it would be. Quiet and easy access to restaurants and Starbucks. "
  • leggings134
"Although some residents can be snotty, this is an excellent area to live in. It is very family friendly, everything is very convenient, and the school district is wonderful. It is a very safe area and emergency units respond extremely quickly in case of any incident. The quarry is very close by for any shopping and dining. The town is constantly kept up and the city listens to its residents. There is little nightlife, which helps keep the streets safe and quiet at night, but a short drive downtown can provide plenty of nightlife. Overall, this is an amazing area to live in. "
