"Good neighborhood to live in. A lot of diversity. Clean and quiet. The worst part is the school district. Teachers are pretty good but overall the school district is not good."
  • Krystal M.
"Even though it’s quiet, always be mindful of your children and other people around the area. Lots of tiny parks too!"
  • Gwennetta S.
"Commutes are fast everything is close. Transportation is also nearby. Neighborhood gets quiet at night time. "

"I lived in Lansdowne for most of my life. My grand pop bought my house brand new so over the years there has been many changes (80+years). The taxes are awful and the school district isn’t what it use to be. There are many Victorian homes that are beautiful. Lansdowne is a pretty town but I honestly feel uncomfortable to walk outside in the dark. "
  • Shirelle A.
"It’s horrible this area has really went down over the years and so did the school district. I have lived in Upper Darby for 9yrs it’s almost as bad as philly the kids are horrible and so are most parents I rather relocate then to deal with how ratchet Upper Darby has become it’s sad because it was once a beautiful place when I was a kid but it’s nasty and disgusting now "
  • Shirelle A.
"I don’t catch public transportation I drive I personally don’t like the transportation system, however it is accessible by public transportation "

"It’s clean, quiet and generally nice if you enjoy quiet areas not full of the normal city activity. "
  • William L.
"Even though I don’t take the train anymore, the Lansdowne train station is a little more than a mile from me. I would hop on the Media/Elwyn line and could be downtown in 15 min."

  • Liesel S.
"There are plenty of parks to take you kids to and there are plenty of other kids to play with to and other parks are safe to and other kids are everywhere to and you kids to would have friends to n friends to "

"the township doesn't support nor do anything to help tenant rights. if you are not buying a home dont rent here."
