I love GHS! It starts at the top with leaders who magnify their stewardship and emphasize community. Mr Johnson and all the admin are amazing. They care about the students, families, and staff--asking for input and feedback. And they're willing to think outside of the box. The school emphasizes academics---but with common sense and good values. So students really feel connected to their school and community, and learn to give back. Teachers are top notch with a lot of heart. I appreciate the mentorship they've given my kids, with many pathways to success.

Diversity if you’re gonna have African-Americans and Hispanics go to this school and win games for you.You might want the school to award those students.Coaching staff should go(boy).The school is just really worried about a tall blonde headed blue eyed boys. They don’t care the fact that an African-American boy who is attended that school three years You didn’t award him anything the coaching staff for the boys all of them should go put some diversity in there put some coaches in there that actually played football ext…Put some coaches in there that know what diversity is and award everybody that has done something for the team don’t just give out awards to back ups and your favorite players. I attended the athletic awards because the coach sent out multiple messages on sports you oh you can come Not a big deal if you can’t, but it is a big deal because you sent the message multiple times I am a white woman who had four boys attended and I have never been so disgusted by how they did their awards the coaches are horrible. I watched an African-American woman Who you would think her son would’ve gotten MVP because he played on both teams and those coaches didn’t give that young boy not one award and he has attended that school for three years. The coaching staff needs to go. I’m sure multiple people can agree.You definitely could tell that that the school does not want to see African-American boys who are raised by their mom Win. I personally would not recommend any body of color to attend this school. I would not tell my best friend who is African-American that is moving to Georgetown to send her kid there because he’s a great athlete and you can tell that these coaches don’t want good athletes. They want kids who look like their good athletes. They don’t want good athletes there because that African-American boy who should’ve won MVP Should’ve won the award and they didn’t give him anything that young man had over seven touchdowns and they did not award him Anything. staff for the boys should definitely be thought.
