About this House

Amazing remodeled WATERFRONT RANCHER located in the Riverdale neighborhood of Hampton. This house boast over 2200 square feet of living space OPEN FLOOR PLAN -3 bed, 2 bath and a 3 car driveway with RV PARKING. The kitchen has a large raised bar, granite counter-tops, and all new stainless steel appliances. A NEW ROOF as of 2016 has been installed with 30 year architectural shingles and all double hung vinyl windows. The AC unit and Air handler are new as of July 2019. In the rear of the property is a 24 x 30 two story DETACHED GARAGE which has been recently renovated and has a dual zone controlled AC which makes working on things in the summer & winter a real breeze. There are two 220 Amp hook ups for an air compressor or any other 220 machines. There is also two welding/plasma cutter outlets in the garage and an additional welding outlet on the rear of the house. In the back yard you will find a concrete patio, and off of the garage a very large WOODEN DOCK. The house backs up to an inlet from the Southwest Branch Back River and there is plenty of fish (Reds, Croker, Perch). Towards the later part of the year you can catch a pretty decent amount of shrimp off the dock.
