About this House

More to offer than meets the eye. This home is a MUST-see, as there are more amenities than we can list. This home has 7 bedrooms in total, a possible in-law apartment, a total of 3.5 bathrooms, a partially finished basement, along with a totally separate basement with storage galore! The roof is 4 months young and has a warranty that will transfer to the new buyer. The on-demand hot water heater for main house was installed in Feb 2022, while the second hot water heater is approx. 5 years old. The driveway was just redone to add spaces and more! This area has many of the older homes in Chicopee so it is an interesting neighborhood to look at. It has a municipal power company that gets power up and running after any weather related power issue. It also has reasonable rates. I believe you get a lot for your money with the real estate in this city."
