Excellent schools and well maintained, but the yuppies can be an annoying presence."

    "We have lived in this neighborhood for the past two year and really enjoy the development. It has a very nice pool, gym and community center. It also has sidewalks, a bike trail and hiking trails very close by. You can walk to a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store."
