This is a single family home. No more than two adults and two children. Recent paint and floor coverings. The exterior recently painted.
The home comes with a detached single car garage for $ 1595.00 per month. If you have farm animals or horses, you can rent the optional acre with water and shelter for an additional $250.00 per month. We can accommodate your needs. Up to one horse. OUTDOOR dogs only with extra $35 monthly fee and non refundable $350 pet fee. (Possible small under 25# interior dog, upon approval) Back yard is fenced with an area for a garden if you would like. Chickens ok. Tenant is responsible for all utilities which must be put into their name prior to moving in. Some are paid to the landlord, some to the utility companies.
First, last and deposit required for move in. 18 month or 2 year lease. Renters insurance required. No business can be run from the home. Up to two running vehicles accepted.This is a non smoking and no drug property. Inside or outside
