This is a single family home. No more than two adults and two children. Recent paint and floor coverings.
The home comes with a detached single car garage for $ 1650.00 per month. If you have farm animals or horses, you can rent the optional acre with water and two stall shelter for an additional $250.00 per month per horse. We may be able to accommodate up to three horses with additional shelter, if it is available. We will try to accommodate your needs. No more than two or three horses. OUTDOOR dogs only with extra $45 monthly fee and non refundable $350.
Back yard is fenced with an area for a garden if you would like. Chickens ok.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities which must be put into their name prior to moving in. Some utilities are paid directly to the landlord, some to the utility company.
First, last and deposit required for move in. 1 to 2 year lease.
Renters insurance required.
No business can be run from the home.
