"A family centered community, highly rated schools, low crime rate. Close to both Mankato and the Twin Cities. Higher taxes."
  • fattmeezy
"Great schools, great parks all over the city, and forward-thinking city government priming the area for affordable long-term growth"
  • Rebekah R.
"If you want to live in a small town in Minnesota, St. Peter is the place to choose. It's a lovely town with a great college- Gustavus,, a new Food Co-op, great coffee shops, a lively Arts Center, a beautiful public library and community center, good schools and friendly people. If you want mall shopping, you are only 20 minutes away from Mankato and most every big box store. This particular house is across from Minnesota Square Park where the Rock Bend Folk Festival and Old Fashioned Fourth of July happen. It's within walking distance of the downtown and the college. This is a perfect location in a perfect little town. "
