Description

Naples’ Best Kept Secret! This 2 bd, 2 bath mobile home is located in the Naples Land and Yacht Harbor (NLYH). NLYH is a manufactured (mobile home) park of 352 residences located in beautiful Naples, FL. Located only a short distance to Tin City and the famous 5th Avenue shopping and dining district. The boat canals provide access to Haldeman Creek which feeds Naples Bay and provides 15 minute access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a gated, waterfront, very active, 55+, resident owned community formed as a non-profit self governed corporation of home owners which has an executive and residential board of directors that are all volunteers. 2 occupants per mobile home only; no children or pets.

NLYH is a piece of paradise on Florida’s most beautiful west coast. If you’re a boater, you may decide to stay year round and enjoy the fantastic weather and marine environment at bargain prices. You can dock your boat in one of our shared boat basins. Very low HOA fees of around $409.00/mo include Cable TV, internet, garbage/recycle pick up, maintenance of the lawns, community, and amenities. All owners own the entire property equally and therefore there is no lot rent.

To accommodate an active resort life-style, there are many activities and clubs available. Boat club, garden club, yoga, water aerobics, golf league, bowling league, bocce ball, wood carving, Tai Chi, a community pool and clubhouse, Sunday brunch, card games, trivia, bingo, book club, and much more. NLYH park is near golf courses, museums, theatre, wildlife sanctuaries, kayaking, flea markets, casinos and restaurants. Plus, the Everglades, Marco, Sanibel & Captiva islands are nearby. Only two hours to Miami.

109 Pier A has been completely remodeled on the inside, several updates to the outside, and is move-in ready. The open concept and abundant natural light make it a place you feel comfortable settling in. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The space is extended when you open the french doors and step into the air conditioned lanai with its own separate entrance. The home offers space for indoor washer and dryer. Carport can accommodate 2 cars, and the shed provides space for tools and storage. A one time fully refundable community fee of $20K is required at purchase and returned when the owner sells.

Call or email to ask for more information or a personal showing of the home 7 days a week.
