I am a Student at CSULA therefore I prefer a Female Student as a roommate.You must be able to view the apartment in person in order for me to hand you the renting contract sorry no exceptions.I will be closing off the living-room for your privacy; we will not share a room.If you do not have a bed I will provide a futon. You will have two closet areas if you wish.You will have full access to the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. This is a non-smoking one bedroom one bath apartment in a 4 unit apartment building. Rent is $363.00 + Utilities (gas, electricity, and trash but internet is optional) we will go through the utility bill each month together so you know what you are paying for and divide it in 1/2.Water and gardening is paid for.Rent is due no later than the 1st of every month.Deposit is $363.00 You will need to pay the deposit to reserve the room and on your move in date pay the 1st month's rent of $363.00The Apt. is right off the 710 freeway, 20 minutes from CSULA and 14 minutes from CSULB.Street ParkingText me or email me only, thank you and Only series inquires please.
