Gas fireplace on main level and solid floors throughout, no carpet. Nice yard with rear patio thats perfect for summer BBQ's. Two car garage with off street parking. No pit bulls or Rottweilers (my homeowners insurance does not cover them) and no dogs over 50lbs. There is a $25 per pet per month fee. We require 1st months rent and deposit equal to 1 months rent to move in. Requirements:
