We thought this was going to be our forever home, but we decided to build our dream house! This house is fully renovated. It was stripped down to the studs and redone in 2021/2022. I can’t believe its transformation! 1541 sq ft. Has an open floorplan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Larger laundry room and gas log fireplace. Sits on a beautiful 2 acres with a shed outback that has electricity. New back deck to sit on and enjoy the weather! Hot water heater was replaced last fall so you’re good there. Though it sits off highway 15, it is quiet and peaceful out here.

Little shed and carport do not come with house. The only appliances not staying with the house are the washer and dryer.
