"If you are into farming communities with not much to do other than farming this is the place for you. Everyone knows everyone and for the most part a quiet place to live. But if you need more going on this may not be the placr for you. But if you don't mind the almost half hour drive into Klamath falls this might be the place for you. There are only two restaurants in town and only one small grocery store in town. A small post office a library several churches and one bar. There is a k thorough 12 school and a nice park called Big Springs park. That is pretty much it."

"Everyone knows everyone. It's a Small town. It has a beautiful park called Big Springs Park. They host events like The Chili cook off, Bonanza days Hobby festival and Rib feed then in December Christmas tree lighting with a visit with Santa and Home & Business decorating contest."

"This area is an affordable area for couples starting out or retirees. Great recreation fishing, hunting, snow ski, snowmobile, horses, atv, bicycle trails, hiking and many others! One hour from Klamath Falls which is a nice little community with everything you need, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great little place to live, quiet, clean air, zero crime!!! "
