Super clean one bedroom cottage, close to town, all new flooring and paint, work shop, small yard, laundry and great neighbors. Additional garage maybe available.
To qualify for this cottage, you must have established good credit, steady source of income, and a good rental history or home ownership. A one year minimum occupancy is required. Smoking is not allowed. May allow a pet on a case to case bases. Please do not disturb tenant. I will only respond to phone calls no later than 8:00 pm and I will not respond to emails.

Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant pays for garbage and heat.
