  • Luzjalcantara
"I lived in this neighborhood for 5 years I love it it’s kid and pet friendly, during the hurricane there were no power outages and stores and supermarkets are near by "
  • Jsmit080
"My neighborhood is really decent, there’s plenty of parks for the kids to play on and walking trails to exercise."
  • Maryannezekiel
"Good access to anything and everything , quite neighborhood peaceful entertaining parks stores close to anything"
  • Luz J. B.
"It’s quiet and family friendly! Good schools close by . I’ve been living here for 5 years no delinquency and no neighbor issues "
  • Jolie's B.
"Everything is nice but lately too many homeless around the area, police should pay more attention to this"
  • Monique
" Dogs are allowed we have several neighbors with dogs Aggressive dogs aren’t allowed in our community such as pit bulls, bull massive, etc. "
  • Babette T.
"It is a very friendly neighborhood and we know most of our neighbors. Lots of them have been here for over 20 years. The only thing I would say concerning parents is be careful with kids near the street because everyone wants to drive fast. "
  • Jeannette R.
"Old neighborhood, been here for over 30 years , small community and lots of retired military families "
  • James D. C.
"Gated community and non gated communities mostly in this area. I feel my kids are safer playing outside here, more so than in other neighborhoods in Dade county here. During crisis like hurricane, neighbors pull together here."
  • Cecilia M.
"Slowly getting better but Gould’s is right down the street and it’s a problem. There are so many new homes being built and the traffic will be unbearable."
  • Sheyrale M.
"I have my own transportation and I love this location. It is in between everything (City and Keys) and the Turnpike is less than a mile away."
  • Babette T.
"It’s a family friendly neighborhood. The only drawback if I had smaller children would be, cars go too fast on neighboring streets and that concerns me. "
  • Sheyrale M.
"People and their dogs are friendly. People pick up after their dogs! Princeton is a wonderful place to raise a family."
  • Joechery
"It is a wonderful neighborhood. I like it here, I want to relocate because I need more space. It was my pleasure submitting my opinion."
  • Delmas1227
"That some people do not walk there dogs without a leash. Also my dog is very friendly and I don’t like when other dogs are mean. Third and most important I have kids here who loves to play with my dog in the streets. I just don’t understand why people who live in this community drive so fast sometimes. I guess it’s cause they don’t have a pet or kids "
  • Joechery
"It’s a great neighborhood. Easy commute to downtown Miami by bus and train. But traffic is rough on the turnpike and 836/826 at peak hours. It’s safe, lots of shopping centers around, lots of trails to run or ride my bicycle. The ocean and blackpoint park is 20 minute ride to the the east. There are beautiful nursery gardens and farms to the west. Simply the beaches are too far away. Overall, not too bad."
  • Punkredfox
"dog walking is very normal. also keep your dog on a leash. just make sure to clean up after. some people get upset about the mess."
  • Punkredfox
"has a few schools and parks. pet friendly. close to major roads. not much more to say neighborhood is growing. lot more new house. "
  • Monica S.
"I recently moved in here. Quiet place. Very respectful neighbors. Clean neighborhood. You can see a lot of kids playing outside."
  • Grecia N. C.
"Sometimes cars speed so you need to make sure to Hold your children’s hands and well as always have your pets on a leash when you walk them "
  • MAYRAVIDEA
"It’s quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and helpful. I really like my neighborhood. Close to major highways and stores "
  • Isaac R.
"we have a great clubhouse with water park and gym. also, we have a patrolling security service. dog friendly neighborhood, just be sure to pick up the poop."
