Once a small 20 acre farm the property was split by 385 and now is only 7 acres total it is located in the Collierville city limits and is located 4 miles from the New Collierville High School. It still has one of the two barns Shops for those whom enjoy hobbies. Conveniently 1/2 mile from two exits to 385 it also is near 5 nearby religious houses of prayer, FedEx’s Technology Center, Fire Station, and Carriage Crossing Lifecenter. A great investment, the property is in the area of growth of the community. I am selling it only because all our family have relocated and I do not wish to be held down by property upkeep. It a great place to raise children, and live secure.
