Description

The kitchen is stocked with GE Monogram Pro appliances such as a 6-burner gas cooktop, built in refrigerator with a wood paneled front, double convection capable ovens, and a quiet Bosch dishwasher. Cabinets are solid cherry, with roll out shelving, lots of drawers, and both over counter and over cabinet lighting with individual switches to control the lighting and mood. There is a large hall closet with shelves for storage, and a second closet that has been customized with pull out storage for household cleaning goods and products, and a large coat closet in the terracotta tiled mudroom.

The library has custom built floor to ceiling bookshelves, with a center section that is lit for collections above a wall of cabinets, with roll out shelving and A/V storage, with speaker wire to the living room. A second, adjacent floor to ceiling custom shelving unit holds even more books or decorative pieces. A 55 inch TV in the den, supported by a Chief mount system shares the wall with a gas fireplace with temperature and remote control, and corner windows looking into a rose garden and the backyard. The den has a built in surround sound system with flush mount, invisible wall and ceiling speakers. The floors throughout the main floor of the house are solid oak, except for the formal living and dining rooms which are carpeted. Access to the large back patio is through French doors.

The second floor has a large Master with a cathedral ceiling and white wood deck out of French doors, a Master bath with a jetted tub and double sinks, 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, and an upstairs laundry room. The second floor has ethernet wiring in addition to wi-fi as the two rooms off the master are currently used as his and her offices, making the second floor a private oasis.

The basement has two master suites, one finished, one framed in, a large ¾ bath, a large food storage room, and about 800 square feet of unfinished space laid out to be a den and the 2nd unfinished suite. A teen haven.

The house has two HVAC units, one for the second floor and one for the main and basement. It has an attached oversized 3 car garage, with a built-in storage cabinet, and door access to both the front and the back yards. The backyard has a six-foot white vinyl fence on one side, a 4-foot white vinyl fence mirroring the horse fence, and horse fencing around the back property. The driveway is double sided, allowing for drive up to open space, for even more parking. The large front porch is the perfect spot to watch the Draper city fireworks.
