From the the moment i tried to enroll my children in this school it has been a complete nightmare! They refused enrollment even after the school board said they were good to enroll! The principal laughed as the secretary belittled my family and I! The principal told me she would NOT follow my disabled sons IAP. When i tried to tell the principal that we were treated very poorly she did not care at all! I will get my kids in school and i will NOT stop until that secretary and that principal are REMOVED from that school! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!I was also notified they got certified as a blue ribbon school because the principal bullies special needs parents until they remove their special needs children out of that school!!!!

"The people here are nice and work hard. The school system is great and that’s why we moved here. Sterlington isn’t far from anything but you still feel like you’re in a small town. "

"This is a very safe area to live in and the schools have an “A” rating. I’ve never had problems with my neighbors. If I need help, all I have to do is call the Sterlington PD and they will come out. It’s like living in a very close community. "

"It’s quiet and spacious but the stores/restaurants are a little more expensive than what you’d pay for in Monroe. You don’t have to worry about crime though which is the main reason we moved here 3 years ago."
