This land is located very close to the one of the largest intersections in Wake Forest. The town of Wake Forest is rapidly expanding. There are many uses for this land. The current zoning is a holding class of zoning. Which means that once you have a use in mind for the land then, we would zone it appropriatly. We would love to see a hotel there since Wake Forest doesnt have many hotels, but there are many great uses for this site. Please bring us your ideas and we can help realize them.
