Unverifiable income will not be considered. Bank statements/tax returns will not be considered without verifiable recurring proof of income (pay stubs, employment verification letter)
-Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
-Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
-Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 725.
-A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
-Applicant must be a non-smoker.
-An employment verification will be performed for all adults on the lease. Letter or Employment, Offer Letter or current paystubs are sufficient.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
