Nitro address but on 1/2 mile from the stoplight in Cross Lanes. Garage apt but the garage is my storage area. Washer and Dryer hookups in unit. Non-Smoker and no pets.. Must have the deposit and first-month rent in cash or money order. Tenant pays all utilities except trash.
