You'll have your own front entrance, garage, & back patio -- with parking for 2 cars right outside your front door, plus the garage. Washer/dryer in-unit in a separate laundry/storage room upstairs. Window A/Cs included also. There's plenty of storage space in the garage if you're in transition and need a place to keep your own stuff!
