It's in a cul-de-sac. Spring street directly ends in the driveway of the property.
Owners will provide septic tank, water and electricity. Will get necessary permits and build platform to hold the manufactured home. Tenant has to just move his mobile home after signing a long term lease agreement. There will be $100 non refundable application processing & lease preparation fee. Kids ride their bicycles and play with their friends after school and on the weekends, our neighbors are friendly and we’re located so conveniently to HWY 1 (goes to Raleigh, Cary), shopping, dining and downtown Apex. There’s a farmers market every Saturday or Sunday in the summer times. This place has a great feel. I love living here. "
