About this House

Quiet neighborhood in Sumter's Historical Area. New flooring in kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. Central heating and air. Close proximity to shopping and schools. Easy commute to SAFB. Alice Drive ES and Alice Drive MS. Sumter High School.

I will be available at the house on Tuesday morning April 13, 2021 between 9-11 am for viewing. There will need to be a verified rental history as well as an employment history for each applicant. Thank you and look forward to seeing you there!

No appliances included. Tenants responsible for all utilities and lawncare maintenance. Lease will be prorated from move in date until first of following month. All rent due by 1st of each month. No smoking inside home.
