What's unique:Gated pooler communityBright upstairs loftDedicated officeInformal dining areaBright white kitchenWalk-in pantry
Some homes simply make everyday life easier—and this spacious Forest Lakes home was designed with room to gather and room to retreat. Tucked inside this gated Pooler community, the flexible floor plan includes five bedrooms, three full baths, a dedicated office and a bright upstairs loft that creates a comfortable second living area for movie nights, games or simply relaxing.

Downstairs, the light-filled office with glass doors offers a welcoming workspace while still keeping you connected to what’s happening around you. A first-floor guest bedroom and full bath give visitors their own space, while the heart of the home opens into an expansive kitchen, informal dining area and great room. The bright white kitchen delivers storage in abundance with extensive cabinetry, quartz countertops, double ovens, a walk-in pantry and an oversized square island made for gathering. Just beyond, the great room features a sleek electric fireplace flanked by built-ins for both storage and display.

Upstairs, the oversized primary suite feels like a true retreat with two full walk-in closets, two linen closets and a spacious bath featuring an extra-large double vanity and oversized tiled walk-in shower with bench. Three additional bedrooms offer generous closets, while the guest bath includes double sinks, a tiled tub/shower and its own linen closet. An upstairs laundry room keeps everyday routines convenient, and the bright, spacious loft gives everyone another place to spread out.

Outside, enjoy a covered back porch, extended concrete patio and fenced backyard with decorative wrought-iron fencing. It’s a home that works especially well when life is full—whether that means hosting visitors, working from home, gathering together or simply giving everyone a comfortable space of their own.

"The commute anywhere here in Pooler close to amenities and local entertainment! The beach is 30-35 min away"
  • Tamika Edwards
"Nothing at all! It’s not much done in the neighborhood I live in. The kids don’t really have activities "

"Very inclusive and luxurious like. Lots of shopping and eateries to visit and enjoy. Movie theaters are great. "
  • Diane M. S. .
"Our neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is friendly. They all seem to have dogs and walk them frequently. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by!!!! I95 95 and I 16 close by to get to downtown, Savannah, and Hilton Head!"
  • Nieves.family
"My commute only takes 15 minutes in the morning and 15-30 minutes in the afternoon. Traffic at 7:30-8 is light. It starts picking up after that. In the afternoon, Dean forest road is light in traffic but traffic picks up between 4:20-4:45 PM. At this time you should expect delays. "
  • Melanie J. G.
"Lots of traffic during rush hour into and out of Savannah and takes up to an hour or more. Regardless of what route you take."
  • Armandg4
"Practically no public transit. Not very Bike or Walker friendly. 25 minutes drive to downtown. Lot of police speed traps on the way. "
  • Carlton M. I.
"They will love the dog park that’s offered and open space for dogs to play and walk. No hazards to worry about. "
  • AB
"I’ve lived in Pooler for years. Our neighborhood is cute, very green, clean, has lots of places to walk, it’s quiet but also fun. There’s a dog park and a lake just down road a short walk away. Our neighborhood is very friendly and active. Holidays are always fun and the neighborhood goes all out with decorations and celebrations. Food trucks come thru regularly and set up at the pool area for residents to walk down to grab a local bite to eat. Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood. Overall, a very nice place to live. It’s also conveniently located by interstate 16 and 95 and just minutes from lots of restaurants and the outlets. "
  • Willb1x12
"it is full of nice walking areas, there are nice sidewalks and a beautiful lake to walk around.. also there are doggy stations"
