3 BR, 2 BA Fully Furnished house located across the street from Buckroe Beach. This house has a downstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom and a large TV. The first bedroom upstairs has queen size bed and a TV. The second bedroom upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin sized roll a way bed. All beds come with sheets, blankets and pillows. The upstairs and downstairs bathroom come furnished with towels, wash cloths and hand towels. The large kitchen includes dishes, stove, refrigerator and small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and mixer. Also included are a large pantry and a new front loading washer and dryer. There is a dining room with a table and chairs. At the front of the living room is a fireplace, table with chairs and a brass day bed with a trundle. The rear of the huge living room features a big screen TV, couch, love seat and a desk. There is outdoor furniture and a gas grill included.This house is available by the week or by the month. All utilities are included. Digital cable and WIFI are provided. Please call for rate. To reserve this property, we require a completed application and $250.00 reservation deposit. We can provide the application and instructions via email or fax for your review and completion. Please email your completed application to liz@allied-brokers.com . You may mail your reservation deposit to 105 N First St, Hampton, VA, 23664. The $250.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation and is required within five business days of receiving your application. The reservation deposit converts to a refundable security deposit upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after departure provided there are no damages. PLEASE CONTACT THE ALLIED BROKERS OFFICE @ 757-850-2300 FOR PRICE AND AVAILABILITY."Off Season"(Mid September-Mid May) Monthly Rate only. "In season"(Mid May to Mid September) rentals run from Sat to Sat and the rate is $1300/week. Check in @ 4PM and check out is 10AM. Off season rentals are more flexible, 3 day minimum and reduced rates. We require a $250.00 reservation deposit and application. Reservation deposit converts to security deposit on arrival and is refunded within 10 days of departure provided there are no damages or cancellation. Rental amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
