  • SillySally
"The running/bike path goes for miles, so having an active lifestyle is encourged by living in Clarence Center. This area is pet/child friendly and is very safe. The schools are excellent, the taxes are low for New York, and residents take pride in their homes. It is an easy drive to shopping, restaurants, the theatre, and the mall. Parks abound, and the community is very family-oriented. I highly recommend living in Clarence Center. "
