Overall, appears to be a great neighborhood to live and I haven't heard our hosts ever express any issues living here, only positive things. I think it would be a great place to live, either with a family, a young couple starting out, or empty-nesters. 👍A+"

The allies are all well maintained with interesting lighting and hanging potted flowers. There are two grocery stores with a block of my apartment. It has all the energy of a college area but as very little student housing so you don’t have to deal with that kind of drama."
