This school is terrible. The say they take students with IDP. They take the money from the state and they do nothing with the student's.They let them fail .I am so sorry I put my grandson in that school.The teachers are terrible too.I recommend staying away from this failing school .

This school is absolutely the worst school I've ever had the displeasure of being associated with. The Principal is completely disconnected with the staff and students. He dismisses or ignores all complaints, the Deans have a personal relationship with some of the students outside of the school, meaning they go to the same church and know the parents, so they disbelieve ANY issues involving certain students. This school has an abysmal lack of communication with the parents and with themselves. The para PE teachers use pain compliance push up positions if the student doesn't dress out in three minutes, some teachers are on facebook during classtime and ignore the students, others teachers are constantly threatening the students with detention for the smallest infractions. This school seriously needs an entirely new staff that can actually teach and not run it as a prison or bootcamp. This school, for lack of better words, is the absolute worse I've ever seen and with out a PTO to check the staff from time to time, it will always be the same thing. The school board really needs to investigate what is going on in this school rather than giving them carte blance. Just saying.

We had a terrible experience with this school. Lots of bullying , when I told one of the teachers that my then 2nd grade child was being bullied she said her students would never do the things my child said they were doing. My kid was coming home with bruises. My child had never had issues with bullying before this school and has not had issues since leaving. There were other issues too, but I think the bullying was the worst. We choices to another school, and my child is doing great socially and academically now. One of my older children also was having similar issues at this school and when we left, things resolved and we don’t experience the same issues. I was warned by someone who was helping us when we moved out here to not send my children to this school. I wish I had listened. I now have to drive 90 miles a day because we no longer qualify for bus transport but it is worth it not to send my kids to this school.
