I've had multiple children go through this school for past 15 years and it's always been a disappointment. I've had issues with bullying and the school never does anything about it. Teachers grabbing my children leaving marks on them (I showed up to school unannounced and hid to see it for myself) I've had a teacher call my child stupid. They have suffered for so many years in overall grade as a school and will be quick to blame it on the minority children that come to the school that can't speak English which is such a disgrace to blame it on. They have had very few exceptional teachers but even they leave as soon as they can. I celebrated when we moved and was able to get out of this school. The elementary school my kids are at now, allow Birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations and I feel my kids are protected as well as a very engaging learning approach and minimal ipad usage. A different realm from Knollwood.
