Regret moving my daughter to this school!!! The kids are allowed to be bullies but even worse so are some of the teachers! Anti bullying policy they follow in no way, shape or form. My daughter was almost stabbed with scissors last year by another kid. Two kids helped stand up for my daughter. I didn’t even receive a phone call from the school, I had another mom tell me who’s kid stood up for mine. Notified school and the teacher we would be gone on vacation, teacher wouldn’t even let my daughter make up work or quiz. They are 5th graders! These are not college students. Life is stressful enough . My daughter is terrified of school and even having to go and she used to love school. They do not care about children’s well being and mental health at all. They pressure them and do no protecting. Stuff is a lot different from when I was a kid. And not for the better.

Amazing high school with truly amazing teachers! Having a student in AP or advanced classes, in sports and fine arts, we feel like family here. The programs they offer keep our student involved and wanting to do more! The counselors truly care about the students and the principal is present and in the know about their school! High school years are rough but Chisholm has been an amazing experience for our student.

No family involvement. Signed up for PTA and not one word has even been said. Insanely strict rules with four minute passing periods that they can only use RR at this time and are to leave their backpacks in halls, ex. teenage girls this is embarrassing to not be able to grab a feminine product in the comfort of a stall. No one should be denied a bathroom trip. Dress code that teachers don’t abide by and threaten your child with ISS over shorts that are at knee length and longer than the athletic shorts you buy from here.. Rude upper staff that teachers have even made comments of to the students, this is what makes children the best students fall through the cracks. How about a safety plan in 2023, that’s important to all of us right? The kids don’t even know what that is or looks like and not one teacher has told them in over a year..
