3/3 Waterfront Home

The space
Enjoy the perfect blend of island-style fun and stylish comfort in this three-bedroom waterfront home. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, one full, a sleeper sofa and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The house is located in an enclave of serenity overlooking the glassy smooth canal. The spacious heated pool is lined with all of the furniture that you need to relax both during the day and at night while looking for a passing dolphin or manatee in the canal. This lanai even comes with a gas grill to cook up your island-style poolside barbecues.

If you're a boater, you couldn't ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.

The interior is the perfect complement to the lanai, with ocean-inspired decor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the beautiful flooring and showcases cozy, modern, ocean-colored sofas and chairs.

The kitchen features a stylish setup with plenty of cabinetry, and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table that looks out the window onto the serene canal.

The cozy bedrooms, with walls of bright and light colors, are decorated with all the comforts needed for relaxation, and one bedroom features door access to the lanai, sending you to sleep each night to the sound of waves lapping the dock and the smell of oceanic fragrances. The spacious master suite features a sitting area to look out onto the lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We want your stay here to be nothing short of perfect, so the house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You've also got bicycles to explore the Island by land, along with kayaks to explore the Island by sea. You'll also be provided with everything you need for a day at the beach, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The home is located in historic Olde Marco. Stroll through the brick courtyards of Royal Palm Drive, where small tin-roofed shops bring the island's colorful history to life then stop for a meal and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn.

You can also enjoy shopping and fine dining at the nearby Esplanade.

Come experience island-style living with all the amenities.

"Boujee neighborhood is how Iโ€™d explain. Very touristy and lots of sun year round. Definitely be prepared to shell out cash though for every small thing that you have to buy. Thatโ€™s how it goes though for rich areas I suppose. "
  • Janzahrobsky
"There are a lot of dogs on the island. There is a dog park at Marckle Park for large dogs and a separate one for the small dogs."
  • Steve

"Beach yoga. Beach walks. Scuba diving. Kind people. No crime. Swimming. Wildlife. Various events to accommodate everyone. Itโ€™s a tropical paradise "
  • Peggypoteetelkins
"There are many family oriented events within the community . Holiday parades, sports events , swimming, biking, and boating. Fun times for the kids on the beach, The island is the home of an elementary school, a charter middle school and the MIA High School which is on the brink of building a new school replacing their temporary structures. Weather it is arts and crafts at the Art League, the Holiday Pageant, the Seafood Festival, or fireworks on the 4th of July on the residents beach there are many things for your children to enjoy. "
  • Betsy
"Not lots if dogs here however the ones I do see are happy. Although not allowed on Residents beach people can bring them if they are helper dogs & donโ€™t bother the wildlife. The reason I see so many children is because I live on the beach"
  • Enggw1

We are surrounded by gopher tortoises and burrowing owls, both protected species, and until Irma took down all the dead trees, we had many osprey.
