    "Great neighborhood with well maintained yards. We have good neighborhood association guidelines that help make Brook Highland one of the places to live in North Shelby County. The schools are rated near the top in Alabama. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, and health care. The newest Hospital in Birmingham, Grandview, is only a few minutes away. Overall Brook Highland is one of the best places to live in Metro Birmingham. Police and Fire protection is close and this gives us great feeling of security. We live on the lake in Brook Highland which affords us good fishing. This lake also is beautiful all times of the year. . "
