Downstairs: Open concept with kitchen/living room/dining area (repainted soft gray Fall 2019) bonus room in front (has been a yoga room, open office, etc. - always useful!) half bath Upstairs: master bath connected within master bedroom (both repainted Fall 2018) 2 other fairly equal-sized bedrooms facing back of the house. 2nd full bath in hallway Other details: quiet private neighborhood (Caldwell Station) off Old Statesville Road sweet little outdoor patio in front 10 minutes to Birkdale Village shopping/movie theatre/Cork & Cask (highly recommended)/131 Main pool & gym key included (both are right across the street) large shared grass area behind house two designated parking spots behind house, ample street parking for guests large private garden area in back for green thumbs cozy outdoor patio out back (good for a 2-3 person small table) outdoor storage no outdoor maintenance for you! (HOA cuts grass, trees, bushes regularly) More photos coming after the tenant moves out. I'll also be installing a new downstairs kitchen sink and making any other needed updates.

Owner pays HOA fees (covers landscaping & exterior maintenance, plus gives access to pool and gym). Tenant pays all other utilities. It's a very efficient home if you're mindful about it!
