In unit laundry provided for tenant convenience; Landlord is not required to maintain but will make effort to. Coin Laundry available in park.
Lots of windows provide plenty of natural light. Mountain views from master bedroom. Covered patio.
Bathrooms are en suite to two of the bedrooms.

No pets.
Tenant and/or guests shall not smoke on the Premises, including the use of any vapor products.

6 month lease. $900 deposit. $30 application fee per adult.

Qualification Standards
Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.

Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
Must be approved by Apache Trail Mobile Home Park

    "My dog is very friendly he so friendly that people are scared of him . He just a chunky short legged 9 yrs old dog. He has been fixed, has one eye . And sometimes he a stubborn mule. Roscoe warns me when someone is around. But he is a good dog."

    "You have to see it to believe it. Step back in history. Globe Arizona has an incredible character. The people of Globe are friendly and helpful to one another. There is an immediate welcome feeling. The businesses are wonderful. But it is the people that truly make a difference. The restaurants are awesome. Globe is known for its Mexican food and regardless of where you go, the food is great. "
