Bed 2 is 10x12 and Bed 3 is 9x9 and 2nd F/Bath. SCHOOLS are Woodland Elementary rated 9, Riverside Middle rated 10 and Riverside High. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME and pets may be negotiable w a minimum of a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
