You won't find nicer neighbors than ours. Even though the large acreages offer privacy, the neighbors find time to drop by whenever needed. Once or twice a year we hold a big neighborhood party, and evryone shows up. They are always ready to lend a helping hand, in fact, we have a "traveling log splitter" that is jointly owned by 5 or 6 of us. Just drive by the neighborhood if you really want to see what it's like, and just imagine the nice people you can't see from the street.
