A large common area and clubhouse is good for neighborhood parties or playing a game of softball, and ,oat properties back up to woods, farmland, or the little portage river. Close to many state parks, lakes, hiking/horseback riding trails, and other opportunities to stay active while enjoying nature. Hell creek horseback riding, silver lake state park, and the Lakelands trail are just a few of the nearby attractions."
