Lawn mowing included in rent - Please note: Lawn/flower watering, flower boxes and flower bed maintenance is up to the renter

Pet friendly!! Up to two fur babies (cat or dogs, no breed restrictions) are welcome with an additional pet deposit ($150 for one pet and $200 for two)

Large Master Bedroom

Separate pantry and laundry room (Washer and Dyer available upon request)

Willing to paint the main living room upon request and we know not everyone loves the moody green as much as we do :)

A/C was installed last year

No smoking allowed in the home

I often have my phone turned off for work, so if you can't get ahold of me then email or text would be best

Renter is responsible for water, utilities, sewer and trash

Owner will cover lawn mowing

No furnishings included with the exception of washer and dryer upon request

Deposit and first month's rent are due upon signing the lease

The lease begins June 1st and must be at least 6 months lease

No more than 2 pets allowed

Pet deposit $150 for one pet and $200 for two pets

No smoking allowed in the home
