Mobile or Manufactured for sale by owner in Murchison, TX 75778. Mobile home for sale. Not sure the age or the model. It came with our property and we have been using it as a guest house. It has two bedrooms and one bath. Comes with fridge, gas oven, microwave, gas water heater, king-sized bed, coffee table, 27 inch TV with stand, various furniture, and all standard fixtures and parts. Comes with a hotel style A/C/heating unit, but it is currently nonfunctional, because it needs its cord replaced; it worked fine before the cord was damaged. If you buy it, you can also take the propane tank with you. The previous owner put about $8000 into renovating it including fixing up the bathroom (it has a large shower with a seat in it and real tile flooring) and putting the aluminum siding on in the last 10 years. Front and back porch. Roof is solid and does not leak. We have had no major problems with it, but need to pay some bills and discourage some relatives from moving onto our property. ;) If you pur

I am close enough to the Dallas area to access the museums, entertainment and opportunities; but far enough out in the country that I can see a star filled sky at night. With the Metroplex adding approx. a million people every ten years it will not be long before the amenities of Dallas will move closer to Athens and with that will come business growth in the Athens area. I see great potential for Athens and look forward to retiring here."
