All our apartments are townhomes so you have the first and second floors making it much more home like. The kitchen is fully equipped as seen in the photos and a washer and dryer does come with the townhouse. We just installed new flooring and new pendant lights to give the home a more current look, even though it's only a few years old. We are a very pet friendly community, having no weight limit for dogs, only a $250 pet fee per pet, and $10 a month pet rent for dogs only. No pet rent for cats. No aggressive breeds and no more than two pets per home, please. Our community has a playground, a saltwater pool with fireplace, grill, clubhouse with a pool table and gourmet kitchen.     "Spring Hill is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. It’s about 30 minutes south of Nashville. The people are down to earth and overall friendly. The seasons are neat: wildflowers cover the hills in the Spring, fireflies look like magic dancing in the grass in the Summer, the fall leaves and country pumpkin patches nearby make Fall wonderful, and Winter is, well, grey and wet. They completely shut everything down if it snows a couple inches. Winter isn’t my favorite, but it makes you really appreciate the Spring. There are also rivers and waterfalls that you can get to relatively easily, as well as some great shopping in nearby Franklin. There’s live music with really good musicians in so many restaurants. "
