This is a newly renovated three bed two bath. It is located just outside of New Ellenton SC and is near the gate for SRS but not far from the city of Aiken. This house features new paint, flooring, master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. Dishwasher, laundry room, storage shed, and around one acre yard. This house is no smoking or pets inside, outside is allowed. The lease is for a minimum of one year. You can apply for the house online on our website at southernhousing.tenantcloud.com.
