Newer carpet and flooring throughout house. New high efficiency central a/c and furnace w/ warranty just installed in September of last year. 3 year old 30ft pool w/ 12x16 ft deck built last year. Great deer hunting. Only minutes from Peoria, Pekin area. We planted over 240 Thuja Hybrid Pine trees around the front half of the property last year for privacy. They grow between 3-6 ft a year. Full basement, door to basement is on outside of house. Basement floor does get wet during rainy/wet season. We just used the basement for storage. Illini Bluffs school district. If you are looking for a home with acreage, don't pass this up!
