Great deer hunting. Only minutes from Peoria, Pekin area. We planted over 240 Thuja Hybrid Pine trees around the front half of the property last year for privacy. They grow between 3-6 ft a year. Full basement, door to basement is on outside of house. Basement floor does get wet during rainy/wet season. We just used the basement for storage. Illini Bluffs school district. If you are looking for a home with acreage, don't pass this up!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would not recommend this school. As someone who transferred in from another school district, I found it extremely hard to make friends with all these kids that grew up with one another their whole lives. Not to mention I stuck out like a sore thumb because I was Hispanic and just about every other kid there is white. The curriculum they teach is below state average (I was placed into classes with the grade level above me). The teachers don't teach their lessons well, mostly expect you to figure it out. There is SO MUCH BULLYING going on at this school, and it's NEVER taken seriously. Sports are taken VERY seriously. If you're not on a sports team, or don't have a "reputable" last name, or even come from money, your life will probably be miserable going to this school.Student Review1y ago - Illini Bluffs Elementary School
